Never knew my car had this until I found it by accident this morning changing a bulb in the engine bay. Now, I just need someone to explain what all of this stuff means; not the obviously English bits, but the numbers and stuff. I know which one is my VIN, and the car's manufacture date is 3/84(March 1984) in West Germany, but what does the GVWR, GAWR, and the front and rear stuff mean?

GVWR - Gross Vehicle Weight Rating
GAWR - Gross Axle Weight Rating
I'm guessing the Front and Rear numbers are the weight over the respective axles.

Gross Vehicle Weight Rating = The maximum operating weight of the car with cargo and occupants. In this car it is 3418 Lbs.
Gross Axle Weight Rating = The maximum amount of weight supported by the axle. In this case front is 1588 Lbs and rear is 1940 Lbs.

GVWR: Gross Vehicle Weight Rating. This is the maximum your car can weigh. If it weighs over that, you've overloaded the car. So, the car's maximum rated weight (including the car itself) is 3,418 lbs.
GAWR: Gross Axle Weight Rating. This is the maximum your car can weigh at each axle. If the axle weight exceeds this, you've overloaded the car. So, it can take a maximum of 1588lbs. on the front axle, and 1940lbs. on the rear.
If you exceed an axle rating but not the vehicle rating, your car is still overloaded.
Let's say the front axle was 1348, and the rear was 2140. You're 50lbs. under the GVWR, but 200lbs. over the rear GAWR.

I don't understand why, but it's good to know someone is interested in something like this.
